This is one cool dude! Mr. Foster was named after one of the area animal control officers that brought him to us. He is such a handsome and good natured boy that is looking for a comfy retirement home. This special Beagle has never had a home of his own . . .he's lead a hard life as a hunter, now he's ready to be a couch potato!
