11-15-09-COURTESY POST- MOTO is 3 months old and very intelligent. MOTO is house and crate trained. He is neutered, and has all his vaccinations. MOTO will be approximately 16 pounds full grown. The Shiba has an independent nature and can be reserved toward strangers but is loyal and affectionate to those who earn his respect. The Shiba adapts well to different living situations, but must be exercised regularly on leash or in a secure area. All applicants must provide a veterinary reference on the adoption application. Home visits often occur prior to each adoption. Understand that the adoption fee is not for the purchase of a dog, but rather to cover the medical cost of all dogs in our care.
