My name is Morty and I am a black & white border collie/mix. I am an neutered male and I am about 2 years old. I was transferred here from another animal welfare group, where I was left due to my owner not being able to take care of me anymore. I am potty trained. I am a medium energy dog and I will need an owner with some prior pet owning experience. I can be good with men, women, and children 13+ years old. I can be good with cats and I can be good with other dogs. I am a shy guy who will need an owner who can help me grow into my confidence! All dogs are tested for heartworms and given flea preventatives. They are also tested for intestinal parasites and receive routine dewormings. Dogs are vaccinated against distemper, rabies, and bordetella, spayed/neutered before adoption, and have a microchip. Adoption fees include the initial automated registration of the microchip at the time of adoption.
