What an absolutely gorgeous dog! Morgan is a 76#, 16-month-old, purebred, Labrador Retriever. He was given up by his owners because he was just too much for them to handle. Imagine that! A happy and energetic Lab!
Morgan is terrific! He enjoys life--if you need some enthusiasm for life to rub off on you, Morgan will do that for you!
He gets along with other dogs and cats. He is housetrained. And he likes to play fetch. You may need to use lots of encouragement to get it back, but he does chase it very nicely!
Morgan has started Obedience Classes. He has so much energy, it's hard to get him to sit still for more than a second, but after 16 months with no training, the perfect dog won't happen overnight. But he is worth the effort. He is a great boy!
If you have lots of energy and want a dog to share in your active life, perhaps Morgan is the dog you've been waiting for!
This dog's adoption fee is $365 (plus tax). This includes being neutered, current on Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella vaccinations, microchipped with the HomeAgain microchip, heartworm tested (negative) and medicated during the heartworm season (May-Dec) while in our care, comes with a Gentle Leader headcollar, and is currently learning Basic Obedience commands and good doggie manners.
