Meet sad soul Monty. Monty is one of many that has come to us from a puppy mill and is in need of some serious TLC. Monty is a 3yr old Bichon boy. He is in very sad shape and due to severe matting had to be shaved down. From the horrible disgusting matts Monty has several sores on his body that we have been treating.
