Monte is a wonderful boy full of health and vigor. He's a good size for a hound, not too large or overweight and not fine-boned or petite. He's got a heckuva nose on him and someone taught him how to use it on lead, in our opinion! He tracks a scent but won't take off on a tangent if you ask him to stay on the main path! Pretty smart kid, huh? He's classic black and tan, is good on the lead and has the famous "Arrrouuuufffhhhh" hound voice. He's good with other dogs and loves people. He would be great in any hound-loving family.
