This is an owner assisted placement. This is not an ABR dog. Molson is a 3 Year old Johnson American Bulldog with Certificate of Registration. He is neutered. He is male dog aggresive. However I have seen him play successfully with males that are submissive. Females he seems to be cool with. He is aloof of strangers in the home. Molson is a serious protector. We typically keep him in the kitchen for the first few minutes while new company come over. We then introduce some treats and positive reinforcement and he has always come around. He is great with our daughter. He will sit, laydown, shake with both paws, he will roll over if shot (with your hand) He has never bitten anyone.He is not food possesive. He is very much a big goofy dog. Cools with Cats, at least mine. My cat also really gave him some serious wacks and Molson chose not to eat her. That has to mean something. Molson has had 2 ACL Surgeries on the left leg. 3 ACL surgeries on the right. One of those surgeries included the insertion of a metal stabiling joint to ensure his ACL didn't rip again. Molson has also received many compliments by all the staff at the Animal Hospital on how well behaved he has been, which was really nice to hear. He weighs in at 112Lbs and looks great He has seasonal alepecia. Some patching shedding, but it all comes back after the spring rush. We are up to date with all shots.
