Molly is a older lady who still enjoys some playtime even though she can't play as much or as long as she used to. She is quiet for a beagle, but don't let that fool you into thinking she lost her bark or her howl - she just has the experience to know when to use them for best effect. OTHER PETS: Molly did not show aggression to other dogs but she was barking a lot; while she would likely do okay meeting dogs socially while on leash with her human, she would be most comfortable as an only pet. [Should Be Only Pet] OWNER EXPERIENCE: Molly is an older dog who is experiencing arthritis and is being evaluated for kidney disease. Experience with, or a willingness to learn best practices to care for, aging/infirm dogs would be ideal. [Some Experience] KIDS: Molly was uncomfortable with some handling, likely due to her arthritis, and may become more uncomfortable with some handling as she continues to age. Molly's best fit would be in a home with no young humans.
