Hi everyone! I am Molly. I have a long story so get ready.... First off, I am a 2 year old pup... and you will never guess my breed! My foster parents made me do this thing called a DNA test (that I really didn't like) but found out I am a... drumroll please... American Bully, American Staffordshire Terrier, Boxer, Siberian Husky, Alaskan Malamute, Chow Chow, Golden Retriever, and American Eskimo Dog mix. Crazy right? We have the test to prove it though! Basically, this means I am perfect for you if you like any of these dogs and I don't discriminate! Here is my story... back in January of 2023 I was on the euthanasia list at our local shelter due to being scared and in a corner trembling in my kennel. One of the volunteers got me out to play with her daughter and I immediately lit up and became a different dog. My foster mom saw the video and went up to the shelter to foster me through them to save my life. I really loved living with my foster family which included 3 Australian Shepherd siblings, and a boxer sister. I lived with them for 3 whole months and then (in April of 2023) was adopted out through the shelter to a family of my own. Sadly, in late August of 2023, my foster mom got a call that I was out on the streets and had been taken BACK to the shelter. I was in poor condition with a double ear infection, ears bleeding, infested with fleas, and with sores all over my body. Because I was a previous deadline dog, I would have been euthanized right away entering the shelter for a second time- but thankfully the shelter contacted my old foster mom and she took me back in. It took me some time to rehab and remember I was safe again but now I am thriving and ready to be adopted. I have been back with my foster family for almost a year and have come such a long way! I know 20 + tricks and I am incredibly smart. My foster mom says I remind her of the dog "Wishbone'' from the TV show (IYKYK) and says I need to be adopted to a family who will get me a job in Hollywood. I am that smart! My foster mom even has videos to prove it. I am so smart in fact, that I can be stubborn. I am pretty vocal (that's the husky in me) and want to be with my family at all times. I am quite the 60 lb cuddle bug and will happily lay in your lap or on top of you. I love to watch squirrels and my hidden talent is that I am the fly/ bug catcher! Your house will be free of pests with me as your dog. I can be a little mouthy when I play but thankfully my quirks can be redirected, if you start doing my tricks with me. I still have puppy energy (due to my unstable and unfair start in life) but we are working to redirect some of my behaviors and I am learning! I am a QUICK learner! I am food motivated and will do anything for a treat! I do great with all dogs over 15 lbs! I do not like my chihuahua foster siblings because I think they are squirrels so my foster parents don't let me hang out with them. I am the most submissive dog and sometimes my foster siblings bully me which is funny because I am supposed to be the ''bully'' here. HAHA My foster mom will cry for days when I am adopted because she wants to keep me- but she knows I deserve a home of my own where I can get all of the love and attention forever. She wants me to be the STAR that I am. My foster momma says she will be extremely picky with who adopts me because she never wants to see me hurt or dumped again. I am potty trained and do not like my crate much (and will more than likely escape from it- also husky genes) but I am perfect left out in a room by myself in the house and have never destroyed anything besides my toys. I am the least destructive dog my foster family has had. The ideal home for me would be: a family who has children over 10 or no children (just because I am big- but I love kids!), a family who has other dogs over 10 lbs- no small dogs or cats, a family who will take me on adventures and enroll me in obedience and trick training classes. I need someone to spend time with me and let me reach my full SHOW DOG potential. I am the best girl and deserve to have my Hollywood dream.
