Moe came into rescue from the Springfield Shelter Missouri as a stray with mange and malnurishment. He has been with his foster since June 2023. He is heartworm negative and up to date with his vetting, including neuter. Moe gets along great with dogs. Although Moe has not been tested with children. We have no reason to believe that he would be a problem with them. We are not sure about cats.
