**FOSTERED IN RAYNE, LA*** ***FENCE REQUIRED*** Meet Mo! This charming 2-year-old pup is ready to find his forever home. Currently, Mo is thriving in a foster home surrounded by multiple other Great Danes, small dogs, cats, farm animals (including chickens), and twin toddlers. He adores the twin girls, follows them around everywhere, and is a sweet, attentive companion who loves holding hands (or paws, in his case). Mo is a rockstar at home, always welcoming visitors with joy. He knows basic commands and enjoys playtime, especially a good game of chase. While he gets along great with other dogs, we think he would also thrive as an only pet with someone who is home a lot, so he doesn't necessarily need another canine companion. He's not destructive when left out. He is also crate-trained and potty trained. Mo does have one quirk that potential adopters should be aware of: he can be quite fearful in public settings and tends to be protective of his human(s). He is NOT a fan of the vet. He needs to be muzzled and sedated during vet appointments. Currently, he is undergoing training to get comfortable with wearing a muzzle in public, to make outings safer and less stressful for him. He's slowly learning that he doesn't have to protect his people from all strangers. This sweet boy is heartworm negative and dreams of finding a cozy spot on a family couch, where he can relax and enjoy sunsets while listening to the birds.
