Mitzi is a little darling! She is a slim, leggy, light-boned 3-4 year old girl with an angelic face and a shorter, curlier coat than most eskies. She weighs about 20# and stands about 18" at the shoulder.
Mitzi was rescued from Pearland animal control where the staff just fell in love with her. The poor girl had never been spayed, and therefore, was covered in mammary tumors! She also had a growth in her eye that was causing her a lot of pain. Our wonderful vet immediately spayed her, removed all her worst tumors including the one in her eye, and they were all benign! she has recovered and bounced back beautifully!
She is a delightful little dog. She's perfectly crate-trained, quiet, a good active walker, and housebroken - she does not dig, or chew, but likes to steal socks for some reason. She is a happy, well adjusted girl, and is extremely sweet and affectionate, without being pushy. She is also great with kids and other dogs....she'll make a great family companion as she is just an easy, happy little girl.
The adoption donation is $225, and includes a general vet exam, heartworm testing and/or treatment (as necessary), spay surgery, rabies, DHHLP (distemper-parvo-corona), and Bordatella vaccines, microchip, and worming. Experienced dog ownership and credible vet references are required.
