Mitchell is a 4yo Toy Manchester Terrier--weighing approximately 10 pounds. Rescued from a puppymill--so he is a bit shy of strangers but is becoming more secure.
He has been neutered and is up to date on all his shots.
Now he is looking for a new home where he can run and play--and cuddle. He needs to be in a home without children due to his small size.
