Missy was rescued off the streets of Mexico. Someone had attempted to kill her with a machete and left her to die by the side of the road. A lady found her filled with maggots and took her to her vet where a generous benefactor paid for her numerous surgeries as well as physical and emotional therapy! She later brought her to the states and kept her for several years. The lady's dog attacked her, and as a result, the owner decided it was best to find Missy a new home where she would not be hurt. Even though MIssy had a horrific rough start at a young age andcstiol gas the physi sl scars from her attacker, she is the most loving and friendly dog towards humans.
