Miss Ma'am is a sweet husky looking for a solid home. Like many huskies, she is NOT good with cats. She walks well on a leash and is a smart cookie, learning commands and is very people-attentive. She loves snacks and playing with other dogs, although she did not enjoy jumpy dogs coming off the street, she has adjusted to the fast paced play of her companions. She loves running, walks and smelling out hidden treats.
Miss Ma'am was found as a stray in Krum. She was posted by her original finder but no one came forward. The rescue will hold her an additional 10 days in order to see if an owner comes forward. Otherwise, she will be up for adoption through CAR 10 days after she comes to the rescue.
She is heartworm negative as of Jan. 2022 (and on preventatives). Up to date on rabies, dhppv, and bordetella (TCAP). To be spayed 1/23/23. She was not originally microchipped but will be microchipped at the time of her spay.
