Miss Coop was found hanging around fields near the Cc-Op in town so the staff at Co-Op wanted her to be named Coop. She was emaciated, missing most of her fur and had a lot of skin and ear infections. The Animal Shelter got her treated at a local vet and was faithful in giving her the much-needed medical baths. Vet Tech Institute selected her, spayed her and fully vetted the eight year old Chocolate Lab. Miss Coop has come a long way since her arrival two months ago and is now looking for a forever home. Because she is a stray, we don't know her habits but she has so much love to give. She is dog selective and prefers a calm environment. Come and meet this gorgeous chocolate M-Th from 10:30 to 4:30 or until 4:00 on Friday. Questions about our pets, policies or procedures? Call The Shelbyville Shelby County Animal Shelter at 317-392-5127 or email me anytime at [email protected]. Thank you for sharing and God bless you, chris browder
