All Planned Pethood dogs and puppies are altered (spayed/neutered) and fully vetted prior to adoption. Dog breed is a best guess by the vet and/or Petfinder breed expert findings. We cannot guarantee breed, weight, age of dogs or final adult size of puppies.

Minnie is a adult fox terrier mix about 30 lbs that was surrendered to Planned Pethood. Originally she was found by a family and shortly after that she had a litter of 6 puppies (2 of which have been rescued by Planned Pethood and will be available for adoption). The family was hoping to keep Minnie, but she has developed a taste for chickens, which the family has. So Minnie should not be adopted by someone that has birds. But on the good side, Minnie is very sweet and loving. She has got along well with all of the dogs in her multi dog foster home. She has been housebroke and crate trained, although she really doesn't need to be in a crate. She does need a fenced in yard. She walks pretty well on a leash. Her foster family doesn't have young children, but the family that found her does and she got along with them. Due to her foster mom's work schedule Minnie will not be attending all adoption events. If you'd like to meet her a private meeting can be scheduled once the application has been approved.
