Has been microchipped and neutered. All shots are up to date. He is a bit shy of strangers--but once he knows you--he is definitely your new friend. He is being fostered in the Pittsburgh, PA area. We do a home visit--so you must be within a reasonable distance for me or one of my fellows rescuers.
