Mingo was brought to the Animal Shelter through our Explorer Post: National Disaster Outreach program from Ozark Humane Society in Arkansas. This year alone Arkansas has been hit by ten tornados and massive flooding, leaving many dogs in need of a good home. She is a little shy but once she get to know a person is a loveable dog with an amazing laid back personaltiy. She would probably do best if she went to a home with another dog.
