My Story

Milo is a goofy and energetic lovebug! His adoption fee is FULLY sponsored! He would love to go for walks and play outside, but he would also love to play indoors or just be with you. He definitely likes to be with his people. He does have some mild separation anxiety which typically shows in vocal displeasure whenever he is left alone outside. He is kennel trained and loves his kennel and is fine in the kennel as long as it is fully covered. Fetch and tug of war are some of his favorite things to play. He does love kids but is a bit overly excited and energetic for small/young kids and would thrive with older kids. He is not bird, chicken or cat friendly as he is a dog with a high bird prey drive. Milo is dog-selective with all male dogs. He would do best with female dogs, if any. Milo has gone on multiple field trips with a trainer and has done great. He rides well in the car, enjoys hiking and time at the river, and is also fine going back to the house to relax on the couch. Milo is a total water dog and will go out into the water to chase a ball or stick, chomp at the waves as they crash onto the shore, and will gladly help you cool down by shaking right next to you. He is doing well with training, knows how to sit, and is a very intelligent boy. He needs a firm, patient, and loving person to help him continue to learn and keep him mentally stimulated. Please come meet this amazing boy!
