My Story

Milo is a 4.5-month-old, male, 26 lb., Catahoula mix. Milo is very timid right now but has started opening up in his foster home. He just has no experience with being a house dog and is a bit overwhelmed by a lot of things right now. Milo has found sleeping with his older human foster brother is the bomb! He is working on house training and is doing well but doesn't alert when he needs to go. A predictable schedule will help him learn house training and how to adjust to new things and people. Milo was dumped in Oklahoma with his litter mates and is a bit fearful when he is outside. Good experiences in the home and outside will help him gain confidence and let his guard down. He has discovered toys are a lot of fun to chew on. He takes correction well when he finds something he shouldn't be chewing on. He is being fostered with another large dog and has started interacting and showing interest in playing. Milo needs a patient family that will let him adjust slowly with encouragement. This beautiful boy has so much potential and just needs a forever family to show him love and security.
