Poor Mikey was found on the streets of Philadelphia as a stray. Give him a second chance, he's a little timid but sweet. Mikey came out to an event with us this weekend and did very well. He loved everyone and everything he came into contact with. He even showed us that he knew how to sit and shake.

Our adoption fee for dogs is $250 each and adult cats are $75. We will not adopt a pet to you if all of your current pets are not spayed/neutered. This is a non-negotiable policy of STAR.
