Hi there! My name is Mika, and I'm a little pup who recently arrived from Tunisia with my mom and four siblings. I'm a bit shy and under-socialized right now, but with patience and time, I'll improve each and every day. If you already have a dog at home, that could really help me come out of my shell, and I'm probably okay with cats, too. Whoever adopts me needs to be willing to move at my own pace, with lots of encouragement from my new human. I've known nothing but fear and uncertainty until now, but that's all changing. I need some extra time and love to adjust. I'm still learning all the typical things that puppies need to know: toilet training, walking on a leash, playing with toys, and becoming independent enough to explore the home. These are all new experiences for me, but I'm starting to discover that toys can be fun, and I like hanging out with other dogs besides my siblings. In time, training would be a great idea to help boost my confidence. Remember, everything will be a first for me, so my new family needs to be patient and not expect too much too soon.
