Mickey was rescued from a lot where he was severely neglected and housed in a small pen with 4 other dogs. Because he was the small one, he rarely got any of the limited food they received. He was skinny and so scared that it took his foster 2 weeks to even get him to come close. It's hard to believe he is the same dog he was 7 months ago! He is definitely ready for his forever family, would love another pup to play with. He is a happy, sweet and beautiful boy!
