Mica

Hi! My name is Mica. My foster mom gave me that name because she said that I’m like the mineral, mica, that mixes with other kinds of rocks and makes them sparkle and reflect light. That is kind of what I am all about too. I was owned by an older lady who became sick and died. I stayed at the house waiting for someone to come for me for months, but no one ever did. I was so sad, but I am tough like mica so I survived. Now, I am looking for a family that I can add “sparkle” to once again. I am a beautiful and very sweet border collie mix. I have been spayed and have had all of my shots and the vet says that I am healthy and about a year and a half old. I LOVE the water and other dogs. I didn’t want to eat the cat at the vet’s office so I guess that means that cats are alright with me too. I weigh about 47 pounds and I have beautiful brown eyes.
