Meet Mia! Mia came to AWS as an owner surrender. Her owners weren’t able to give her the attention and time that she needs, so they decided to place with AWS to find her a more suitable home! Mia is a 2 1/2 year old Husky Mix weighing approx. 50 lbs. Some things the previous owner told us: - Gets along with dogs and kids. May be too much for smaller dogs due to her energy. NO CATS - Has had some training. She knows sit, lay down, uses bells to let you know when she wants outside. - Loves toys, especially squeaky ones! The ideal home for Mia would be an active family that will spend tons of time on walks, hiking, and playing with Mia! She has tons of energy that would be great for an active family :) We believe she would make a great companion!
