07/05/24 23:23 DOG DAY OUT REPORT FROM LAST WEEK: Today I: met a new friend, and I was so excited and started to jump on her. She threw a treat in the backseat, and I jumped right into the car to go on with my adventure. We went to Almaden Lake Park, where I had so much fun. My new friend took me on a long walk, and I met many people: kids, bikes, runners, small animals, and dogs. I am interested in the dogs and people who walked by, and I wanted to say hi to all of them. I like to sniff and look at everything. On the way back to the shelter, I took a long, peaceful nap in the car, feeling calm and relaxed throughout the ride. Three Words to Describe Me are: Playful, Sweet, Friendly Notes from My Walker: Mia was an absolute pleasure to be with today! She was so excited when she was first brought out. She wiggled her tail the whole time and tried to jump up and down to show her excitement. She hesitates to jump into my car but luring her with a treat helps. She enjoys car rides, and we had a long walk at Almaden Lake Park. When dogs or people passed by, she would pull the leash and want to play with them. She is very friendly to all the dogs and people that walk by and very easy-going.
