Finally! Photos of the noble Merrick are here. Merrick is a purebred Standard Poodle so he is large (60-70 pounds). He has a lovely, groomed, black curly coat. If you adopt Merrick you will need to take him to the groomer's frequently. Poodles need upkeep. He is about 2 years old. Merrick is fully trained - he went through some type of service training, is extremely well mannered and behaved, gets along with other dogs and kids. Our pet photographer reported he was the best pet 'model' never jumping, sits on command and calm. He is house-trained and crate-trained. Very gentle and sweet and loves children. Merrick is now in our system and in a foster care home.
