This dog is an abuse case. She was tied to a tree with no food or water. She was seized and kept as evidence for 30 days. She has sores on her hips from laying on concrete in a small cell. She is now with our rescue being treated and cared for .
Mercedes is a Harlequin Dane about 2 1/2 years old.
