Mercedes

We are guessing that based on Mercedes' appearance that she is Maltese and Bichon mix. Your guess is as good as ours. She also might have some poodle in her.. we honestly don't know. Either way, she is a solid white color, low-shedding dog.

Arrival story: Mercedes came to us from an overcrowded animal shelter. She was brought there after being found as a stray. Other than being dirty and needing a bath, she is very healthy and happy. Since she was not claimed by her owners, or adopted, she was welcomed into our rescue program today (10/5/07) where she will reside in our foster care until she finds a loving home.

Approximate age & weight: Mercedes is 1.5 yrs old and 23 pounds.

Personality: Our Shelter to Home volunteer who helped Mercedes make a "jail break" from the pound today [thank you Jessica!], said that Mercedes is social and friendly. She also rides well in the car and is quite the little CUDDLE BUG!.

Mercedes has a lot of energy and a stubborn streak, so an experienced dog owner is highly preferred.

Mercedes is spayed, up to date on vaccines, tested for heartworm (negative) on flea prevention, etc. Her required adoption donation is $250.
