McGahan - North Roaders

McGahan from the North Roaders is the best behaved little boy. He is most likely to play on his own and is good on a leash. McGahan comes over for snuggles regularly and is quick to respond to his name and learn a new trick. He was born on March 10th and is a Heinz 57 mix (probably with some Husky) and seems like he might be on the medium-size of things when full grown. He is still looking for a family! From McGahan's foster momma: McGahan is our most playful pup whose ears are endlessly entertaining. He loves his humans but is the first to greet his doggy elders in the morning. They appreciate the reverence and seem to choose him as a play/napmate more often. He is also gentle with our toddler but doesn't listen to no kisses!! as well as the others. He will still sneak a quick one in as he passes by. McGahan will be wonderful wherever he goes, but might be especially happy in a home with other dogs. Before considering adding McGahan to your family, please note that KPAL Rescue has a mandatory adoption process in place which includes a home visit. As a pup, his new family should expect LOTS of training and patience while he masters potty-training, socialization, kennel-training, manners, and other life skills.
