URGENT Max needs a fosterhome ASAP, the woman that found him is being threatened with eviction for having him at her house (as of 6/25)
Poor, sweet Max was left tied to a tree in his backyard with no food or water. His owners moved out and left him there on his own, with about 4 feet of leash and absolutely no regard for his safety or well being. Who knows how long he actually sat there...
Max is a medium sized Flat Coated or possibly Golden Retriever mix who is about two years old. He has been neutered, groomed and vaccinated. Max is a sweet boy that if friendly and loving.
