Max ADOPTED

UPDATE: Max has a new home!! Max has been adopted! He now has a new family plus a new job as the official "guardian dog in training" on their farm. ------------------------------------------ Max is a 5 month old neutered male Anatolian Shepherd cross. He is a nonstop bundle of energy who adores attention.  He is going to take a patient owner who is willing to channel that energy as Max wants to be the dominant animal.  He walks well on leash, but is not obedience trained. He is an exuberant pup and is trying to learn not to jump up and give hugs. :-)  He gets along well with other dogs and animals (he has been exposed to goats, cats,  horses, and chickens).   Max is very outgoingm not shy at all.  He would do well in a rural home, with an owner that is able to take on the role as alpha. Max is a great guy but he would definitely take charge if you let him. Max would do best in a rural setting, perhaps a small family farm or as a family/property guardian. Since he plays rough and likes to jump he is not well suited to a home with young children. Max is in foster care outside Ft. Worth TX.
