Meet Max: Your Lovable, Laid-Back Companion Hi everyone! My name is Max, and I’m a very loving and laid-back teenage German Shepherd puppy! I’m about 1 year old, and I’m still growing into my adult body. This makes me a happy-go-lucky, snuggly boy who’s a little uncoordinated and always excited to welcome new people into my world. I get along great with the 3-year-old female GSD I’m fostered with, and I’d be a perfect fit in a home with another female shepherd. I’m a quick learner and would enjoy mastering new tricks and commands. One of my favorite activities is gently carrying random objects from one room to another—not to chew, just to bring with me! You’ll often find me sleeping peacefully upside down or in some other contorted position with a smile on my face. I live to receive love and affection from anyone who’s willing to give it. I do well in a crate during the day and at night, and I’m working hard on my potty training. I tolerate baths and handle nail filing with a Dremel like a champ.
