Maverick came to us as a very shy and scared dog with a little hitch in his step. After lots of love and care, he has come out of his shell to expose his puppy like energy at the impressive and surprising age of 8 years old. His years do come with hip dysplasia commonly found with his breed, he would love a compassionate home willing to work with this diagnosis. Maverick doesn't let this slow him down, this fluffy ball of joy loves to play with every toy he can reach, followed by a nap full of snuggles.
