Matty

ADOPTED! - We rescued Matty from a shelter, where he had a very slim chance of being adopted. He was one of many dogs who had been confiscated by a "collector" who didn't take proper care of his dogs, so he arrived at the shelter with his coat all tangled and matted (hence his name Matty). Because he is a very shy dog--and because he wasn't a cute, bubbly puppy--he wasn't making a very good impression on potential adopters who came through the shelter, and--for this reason--his days were numbered.... We could see his inner beauty, however. Once we took him into our rescue program, we discovered that he loves other dogs and doesn't mind cats, but he is just initially shy around people. With time and patience, however, he will blossom and will truly appreciate having a home of his own and someone to love him. For more information on Matty, please contact Kim at: [email protected]
