Hello! I’m Marvel, a 3-year-old Chocolate Lab/Giant Schnauzer mix with a luxurious chocolate-brown coat. I’m a big boy, weighing in at 98 pounds, but don’t let my size fool you – I’m a gentle giant at heart. I’m neutered, vaccinated, and heartworm negative, so I’m as healthy as can be. I’m well-trained when it comes to pottying or going into my crate. I could use more training when walking on the leash. I’m best suited for a family with older kids who can handle my size and playful nature. I’m a bit choosy when it comes to my dog friends. I’ve had a rough experience in the past. I had two male dog friends who turned one day and attacked me. I’d thrive as an only dog or with a non-dominant large female companion. Cats and I don’t mix well, but that just means more love for my human friends. Fetch is my absolute favorite game – just throw the ball and watch me go! I might need a moment to adjust to new places, and I prefer a gentle touch as I settle in. If you’re looking for a loyal friend who loves to play and has tons of love to give, I’m your guy.
