Mango is a beautiful pointer/ black lab mix who was found about a month ago in a park in Toronto. She was rescued by another dog owner in the park and taken to Animal Control where no one claimed her. She has since undergone cruciate ligament surgery for an injury and is healing very well. She's friendly, eager to learn and very strong. Her approximate age is 18 months old and she weighs about 80 lbs. Mango gets along with other dogs, cats and loves people. She is a big girl and very strong, but is very food motivated, loves to learn and is fun to train.
Thanks to the Petopia Grand opening, the surgery costs were paid.
She is now ready to go to her new home with some restrictions and vet instructions regarding her healing ligament. Leashed walks for another several weeks.
