My foster writes: Mammas has alot of love for the perfect human. She listens to direction. She let's me know when she has to go to the bathroom. She can be trusted in your home when you not there. She is so smart and loving. Anyone considering her as their forever dog will be blessed with her loving. A volunteer writes: This cute, portly girl is great at stealing hearts! She's really friendly and loves to hang out after going for a good brisk walk. Sweet Mammas lets me know when she'd like a back scratch or a little cheek-rub by softly rubbing up against my legs - to which I'm always happy to comply! And how does she request treats? By gently coming up to me, with ears back, a slow waggy tail, and looking up with these sweet, soulful eyes. Now how am I supposed to say no to that? On one recent walk, she tried to jump up next to me on a bench, but didn't quite make it. After a few more unsuccessful attempts, she seemed to realize the leg-rubbing strategy worked just as well for getting attention. Smart girl!
