Meet Mama Jewel!
Mama Jewel is an 2-yearold lab/terrier/cur girl. Mama Jewel and her babies were dumped at their current fosters house.
Mama Jewel has an affectionate personality and gets along great with everyone she meets! Here is what her foster mama says about her:
"Mama Jewel is the crown jewel of her pack. She is the sweetest most gentle girl. Jewel loves to be outside and play, she will chase the ball and is very observant! She would be a great protector of your home. Jewel is very comfortable around other dogs and has never shown any aggression. She was found dumped on the road and is being brought back to a joyous life. I’ve never met a dog that wants to be loved as much as her. She is incredibly loving and loves to be pet, scratched and brushed! Mama Jewel would make a great companion to a home with no dog, with dogs or with cats. She is not spooked by birds or squirrels and has seen my cat a number of times and does not react aggressively. Mama Jewel is the type of dog that would sleep under the blanket with you if you’d let her. She’s ready to have a human best friend to love forever."
Mama Jewel is up to date on her vaccinations and was previously treated at McLendon Veterinary Clinic. She is heartworm negative and on prevention. Potential adopters will need to have Mama Jewel spayed after adoption.
