Mama

Hi, I'm Mama. Mama to Tiffany, Patch and Felicia and three other pups that have already found forever homes. Our so-called previous owners decided to dump me and my newborn babies on a not-so-traveled road near a water-filled ditch. Thank goodness a kind lady found and rescued us because it was becoming very hard to keep all 6 of my babies from falling in the ditch and drowning since with no food, I was getting very weak. Then, if that wasn't enough, once saved, I tested positive for heartworms. But it seems the kindness of this lady just never stops. She put me through heartworm treatment and now I'm as healthy as a horse, or at least as a Terrier/Lab mix should be. I'm spayed, up to date on shots and was born around 7/07. I get along with other dogs and have a great disposition (so I'm told). I've put on some much needed weight, seen off three (so far) of my babies and have a temporary place to call home.
