American Bullies are one of my favorite breeds, and I actually have two of them. When I saw a post from a Detroit shelter about Major, who was suffering from a prolapsed anus, I knew I had to help. He was in a crowded shelter feeling unwell, and I could see the sadness in his eyes in the post. Luckily, we were able to get 10 dogs adopted last week, so I was able to agree to take him in.
Major has had surgery and is now fully vaccinated, but he will need another surgery to neuter him and remove the sutures from his anus in about a week. After that, he will be up for adoption. If you're looking for a great dog, consider putting in a pre-adoption application for Major!
