Mai Tai - Summer Sips Litter

Mai Tai This little girl is a deep dark chocolate color (hard to tell in the pics). Although a bit timid, she is inquisitive and behaves well. She has a very gentle personality and loves to go on walks and play with other dogs. She is potty-trained and learning to walk on a leash. She is also working on basic manners and commands sitting, laying down, recall, and stay. She sleeps in a crate throughout the night and is familiar with her crate for daytime naps, etc. She loves her soft cushy toys! Her instinct is to stay close and not wonder. She has been introduced recently to a cat and a bird. Good with kiddos, too! This little girl has a very happy-go-lucky personality and will adapt well to a new companion or family. A forever home is needed! Mai Tai is a Siberian Husky mix from the Summer Sips Litter who was born on March 20th of this year. Her mom and dad are part of our Spay-it-Forward program - we are getting them spayed and neutered to prevent future OOPS litters! Before considering adding Mai Tai to your family, please note that KPAL Rescue has a mandatory adoption process in place which includes a home visit. We do not ship our animals and we do not allow for third-party transportation. As a pup, her new family should expect LOTS of training and patience while she masters potty-training, socialization, kennel-training, manners, and other life skills. Please direct questions regarding adoption to [email protected]. The Summer Sips Litter will be foster-to-adopt until spayed/neutered (once complete, the Adoption Contract will be finalized). KPAL Rescue puppies are vetted (age-appropriately vaccinated, microchipped, etc.) and are required to be spayed/neutered at around 14 weeks of age (a Foster-to-Adopt Contract will need to be signed at the event and the surgery date will be scheduled at that time).
