Magoo was left tied up outside a shelter in NYC, he was very thing and in need of health care. He has been fully vetted and gained weight and is now a healthy boy !
Magoo has cataracts and poor vision at low light, he does not require a fenced yard but must be on a leash. Magoo would be a wonderful dog for an older person or a calm household. His foster mom reports he is one of the nicest dogs she has ever fostered and will make someone a wonderful pet
