Meet Maggie! A healthy 11 week old heeler mix who was rescued from the streets and is now in foster care where she is in training. She currently lives with a family who has multiple dogs, and Maggie is getting tons of doggie socialization. Maggie is a confident little puppy who loves to play in water and loves to play with other dogs. And size doesn't matter! She will rough house even with the big boys. No lack of confidence here! She is a friendly puppy to all. Speaking of puppies and as is typical for puppies, Maggie needs chew toys to keep her distracted from chewing on inappropriate things and she is still working on house training. She is crate trained and sleeps in her crate at night, but needs to be let out a few times each night to empty her little bladder. Maggie is loving, smart and cuddly (especially after burning off her puppy energy during play time). Maggie is showing potential breed specific behaviors (herding type behaviors typical of heelers/border collies) and an adopter who is comfortable and familiar with this might work well for Maggie.
