Maddie

I’m Maddie, an 11 years old Jack Russell Terrier. Don’t let my age fool you; I still have a lot of pep in my step. I love my humans. I grew up in a family with children and I am used to little feet running around so a house with dog savvy kids would be just fine with me. I do well with other dogs but I can be a little bossy with them at times. I am a lap dog at heart and would love a family who doesn’t mind me jumping up to join them on the couch so I can get snuggles. I enjoy going for walks and playing with toys (squeaky toys are the best!). I have not had any potty accidents in my foster home and have been able to be left out without issue when the people are gone. I would love a home with a fenced yard so I can explore safely, but the fence needs to be tall and/or I need to be monitored as I have been known to take myself up and over to see if the grass is greener on the other side. I have had some training and am certified as a K9 Good Citizen. I do have some allergies and need a little medicine daily to keep me from chewing on my paws. I would love to find a happy home for my golden years. I promise to be a loving and faithful companion. Maddie is spayed, up to date on all vaccines, on heartworm preventative, de-wormed, and microchipped. Maddie’s adoption fee is $250.00.
