Maddie

Maddie is a border collie/basenji? mix and is about 2 years old. She is very playful and very active, fun loving and good natured. No cats, however, as she chases them.

She is great with kids and with other dogs -- ONCE SHE GETS TO KNOW THEM. She is aggressive toward other dogs until she feels comfortable around them. She currently lives with five other dogs, but, admittedly, it took her a few days to relax around them. Now she loves to play with them. She would be fine as an only dog as long as her family gave her loads of attention.

She's very smart and will easily learn tricks. She likes to play fetch and is crate trained.

She's housetrained and crate trained, up to date on shots, spayed, and microchipped.

Adoptions are held on Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Petco on Bay Area Boulevard. The adoption fee is $125. All dogs are heartworm tested, on heartguard, fixed, vaccinated, dewormed and defleaed. All dogs are microchipped.
