We would love to assist with this owner surrender prevention case, but we need to find a foster to take in Mackabee which will help support the owner during this difficult time. Mackabee is a gentle boy who does well with other dogs and has been around farm animals. Although he has never been around cats, he gets along well with the family bunny. Reason for Foster: Owner Surrender Prevention Case Foster Time Frame: TBD Foster Care Plan: Provide a safe and fun place until he can be reunited with his owner. Here are some notes from Mack's previous foster: "Mac is doing well and we have a good routine, and really enjoy him. He's very sweet. We get up in the am and he goes out for a bathroom break, then he has breakfast and goes out for another bathroom break. Typically, we try and go out for a walk earlier in the am when it's been hot. He follows me around most of the day and hangs out while I'm working on the computer. We break things up with playtime in the backyard where he likes to chase after tennis balls and a ring. We have a load of toys that my son bought him that he plays with throughout the day. He does like car rides and I've taken him to the pet store a couple of times, and errands but don't leave him in the car. He is also getting in the pool with us now on the sun deck (shallow area). He eats dinner around 5:00 and we always go for an evening walk. He has no limits in our house and sleeps above my head on a pallet I made for him"
