Mabel

Mabel comes to us from Chicago Animal Care and Control, where she was brought in off the streets as a stray. We are so lucky to have Mabel in our rescue, and Mabel is so lucky to have two of our wonderful staff members as her foster parents! Mabel lives happily with another dog around her size, and a cat who she likes but alas, the cat doe snot feel the same way about her! Mabel is working on becoming housebroken, and has shown improvement, but will need time and patience. Mabel does great in her crate for 5-6 hour stretches; she has no complaints, and does not have accidents in her crate. Read on to see what her foster mom has to say: "Mabel is the friendliest dog in town! She loves to play with her dog and cat friends. Mabel can be a bit shy when you first meet her but she opens up very quickly! She does prefer women but once she gets to know a man she is very sweet. Mabel is very food motivated and can jump VERY high! She is not house broken but she is a fast learner! She would make a great addition to any home." Mabel's adoption fee is $300. This animal is spayed, up to date on core vaccines, and Heartworm negative.
