Little Luuka had a rough couple months prior to coming to us. His mom had fell ill having mild strokes having to be picked up by EMS a few times n such. This has traumatized this boy. His mom had a major stroke and heart attack and had been placed in hospice care ? The family said Luuka was acting out...nippy, and just not himself and they couldn't handle him ?
Luka has spent some time healing his heart in foster care.
